There was a time, many moons ago, when both my AM and PM cleansing routine featured some form of cleansing brush. I tend to go for one of the lighter, more gentle settings for the cleansing brush side, and something with a little more power for that massage side. As my skin is extremely sensitive and rosacea prone, I’m not by using this on a daily basis, but it’s certainly gentle enough for other skin types – I think oily and/or spot-prone skin types could happily use this on a daily basis with no major issues, but obviously all skin types are different so always ease yourself into anything new.
