Three words I don’t wish to hear: Revolution Beauty Sale. I’ve been lusting after a couple of new bits from Revolution for a while (as a side note – I figured I’d pick up the bits I wanted in person so I went to Superdrug and I’ve never seen anything like it! The Revolution stand is massive and it just gets constantly raided and people are queuing to just look at the products – crazy!) so if you’re the same, then now is the time to act as they’ve got a bit of unbelievable bargains happening at the mo, there are plenty of bits and bobs which are coming in at less than a pound – and my favourite find so far is the above Iconic Smokey Palette which is currently down to lb1.80. lb1.80!!
I can also really recommend their Revolution Ultra 32 Shade Eyeshadow Palettes as these are such good palettes that are a great way to introduce you to a few new ideas that could sit slightly outside of your safe place, as these palettes usually have a host of everyday neutrals alongside a few wildcard shades, so if anything’s going to get you pushing your boundaries, it’s these, there are a few in the sale which is great, especially as they’re right down to lb2.40, which is just unbelievable, isn’t it?
As you’d expect from the Revolution Sale, there’s a little bit of everything with some fantastic brush and sponge sets, palettes of all types, gift sets (great to stock-up on, especially as you can often break them into smaller gifts, so ideal for birthday presents) and of course skincare, make-up prep and all sorts of that’s in between. As soon as word gets out that there’s a Revolution sale, I reckon things will move fast, if you see something you like, buy it! I really do think that you could completely redo your make-up basics for less than lb20.
