The enduring appeal of the elegantly sporty Aquaracer Lady from TAG Heuer review

The iconic image of Bo Derek on the beach, wearing only her TAG Heuer view, has been interchangeable with all the Aquaracer. Back in the time when celebrity acceptance was all but unheard of, Bo became the long-limbed, fresh-faced poster woman for that brand’s new sporty timepiece, which started from the early 1980s.
The opinion she's wearing was really a tribute for this Aquaracer – a gift from Bo’s dad, Paul Collins, in the event of her 22nd birthday. Jack Heuer, the brand’s Honorary Chairman and principle developer of the Aquaracer, advocated the watch as a suitable gift. He also arranged for a reduction, which prompted Bo’s husband John to transmit Jack a thank you card enclosed using the now legendary colour slide of Bo.

From a prodigious attractiveness to a new, Cameron Diaz is now Ambassador for the Aquaracer. Her watch seemed to be a present – to herself. “The very first watch I ever bought was a TAG Heuer dive watch, which I really used for diving,” she recalls. “It was my prize possession and I wore it for decades like a fashion statement, in addition to because of its utility.” Which sums up perfectly the Aquaracer’s enduring allure.
For 2021, TAG Heuer watches has enlarged its own Lady Aquaracer collection with new models in steel and coral pink gold. Packed with luxury finishes, such as diamonds and shimmering dials, the rounded curves and fresh H-link bracelet provide them with a clearly feminine silhouette.
The Aquaracer Lady 27MM Diamond Dial Diamond Bezel keeps the Aquaracer’s signature six diving studs, utilizing a prized mother-of-pearl dial. The 34MM version is also available in a beautiful diamond edition, with 11 shimmering Top Wesselton diamond hour markers on the signature bi-textured dial.
